In-Store Activation: Visit the store, where an employee/agent will assist you with the activation. (Takes around 2-5 mins)

Home Activation: Send the word 'RICA' to 063 901 0001. Follow the instructions and provide your ID/Passport number and SIM serial number.

or get a new one

Get a New Number: Obtain a brand new number if you prefer.
Contract: If you're on a contract, switch to prepaid before starting the porting process.
Home Porting: Port your number via WhatsApp from the comfort of your home.

Port your Existing Number: Port your current number to SPAR Mobile if you're on prepaid. Ensure you’re not on a contract.
